Old Town Scottsdale and its wooden sidewalks provide glimpses of trinkets to fine works of art inside storefronts, with an abundance of original Southwestern art and eclectic gifts along Main Street and Marshall Way. Tempe’s Mill Avenue, near Arizona State University, brims with gifts, jewelry, souvenirs and clothing, often made by area artists and designers. The Southeast Valley’s Chandler Fashion Center, anchored by Nordstrom, Robinsons-May, Dillard’s, and Sears, also has a 20-plex Harkins Theatre and water, light, music entertainment. For outdoor swap meet prices within big box comfort, Phoenix’s Indoor Swapmart on 27th Avenue provides goods from electronics to pet supplies.
